EBA Enterprises Inc. requires a $50.00 - $100.00 administration fee for set-up of new Screen print and Embroidery designs. Prices will vary based on the detail of the Artwork and Design submitted.

We accept: MasterCard, Visa and Discover ($10.00 minimum order), Cash, Money Orders, Cashiers, Travelers and Personal checks.

*Personal Checks (2 forms of ID required- Drivers License or Passport, Social Security Card, Bank card etc.)
Returned check fee of $75.00 plus any legal fees

TERMS:
50% deposit and final payment due upon delivery
Net 30
1.5% interest charge per month on late invoices
Customer receives 1% discount if invoice paid within 10 days

Any Standard Layouts shown can be replicated with your team art. You choose the font, text, mascot, symbols and the colors. Some governing bodies have specific rules regarding lettering styles, size placements, color and layouts. Please check with your rulebook before ordering.
